Accommodation
Online registration is now closed. From now on it will be possible to register only on site, during the Secretariat/Registration opening time
All accommodation facilities are close to the conference venue and have been carefully selected to match the best value for money. They are all well served by public transportation and a few minutes away from the historical center of Florence. The choice can range from two up to four stars hotels.
Please fill out the online registration form with your accommodation choice and send it to ENIC along with the payment of the first night deposit in order to secure your reservation.
The total balance due, minus the deposit, should be paid directly upon checkout.
A signed authorization to charge your credit card in case of late cancellations (after March 17th) and no-shows is also required. Please note that without this authorization, your accommodation cannot be guaranteed.
Upon receipt of the registration and first night deposit, ENIC will send you a voucher indicating the name and address of the accommodation facility, the reserved room type and the amount paid.
City tax (** Hotels 2€, *** Hotels 3€, **** Hotels 4€ per person per night) is not included and must be paid directly to the hotel.
Cancellation policy
To cancel or to change your hotel booking, please send an e-mail to info@pcst2012.org. No other form of cancellation will be acknowledged.
- For cancellations received by March 1st, your deposit will be refunded*.
- For cancellations received between March 2nd and March 16th, your deposit will not be refunded.
- For cancellations received from March 17th on, and in case of no-show, a penalty of 100% of the amount of the whole stay will be applied.
*All refunds will be processed after the Congress.
In case of no show, a penalty of 100% of the total amount of your stay will be applied and room will be cancelled after 24 hours from arrival date. Early departures will be charged in full.
