Cancellation policy
In the event that you cannot attend the Congress, you must send written notice of cancellation to info@pcst2012.org no later than March 1st 2012; the Organizing Secretariat will refund your registration fee after the congress, less € 50,00 that will be withheld to cover administrative charges.Refunds will be net of bank transfer costs. No refunds will be made for cancellations after March 1st 2012 deadline. Requests for refunds must be received within 60 days following the end of the conference.
Congress Card
Every participant of PCST 2012 will be granted an especially customized Congress Card downloadable for free, valid for the whole stay in Florence during the congress or event.
The card provides special offers and fees at museums, historical sites, shops, restaurants, wellness centers, golf clubs, bike rental stands, and car rental agencies. Other services at special rates comprise sightseeing tours, taxis, and airport transfer with private driver. The Congress Card is not nominal nor does it bear a number and can be used by the participant as well as by anyone accompanying them. A further bonus is that it is also valid a few days prior to and after the congress to be attended.
Activating the card is very easy: the congress participant needs only to register on the Firenze Convention Bureau website, download the card and print it along with the terms and conditions.
